How do I track my order?
You can track your order using our Track Your Order page.
Simply enter your tracking number to receive the latest updates on your shipment status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, cash on delivery, or direct bank transfers.
How secure is my online order?
Your security is extremely important to us.

HODANS does not store your credit card details on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
If you believe an item is missing:
1. Double-check your order confirmation email
2. Check if items were shipped separately

Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card operates in another currency, the final charge will be calculated according to your card issuer’s exchange rate on the processing date.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, even after confirmation.
If you wish to cancel your order:

2. Include your order number
Important Cancellation Policy Notice:
1. Orders canceled after placement are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to non-refundable merchant processing charges.
2. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
3. If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once the order has been processed or shipped.
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We recommend using your permanent residential address instead of a temporary or vacation address, as customs delays may occur and are beyond our control.
